Writing Projects:
Combinations of sites can be used for one project. An example of a project might be to create a report for History, (or any subject) and hyperlink words throughout your report to link to places on the Internet. These links should support your report, (data sites) and enrich it with additional facts. Use a text editor such as "Word" or "Notepad" to type your vocabulary, vocabulary words can be highlighted and copy them into Voycabulary. Vouycabulary is linked directly into several dictionaries, and the vocabulary words and their definitions will automatically appear in the window. Use Quizlet to learn the words for class. The report could be given to other students, and they would be responsible for reading the report as well as following the links to further information. The student would give a brief report or a quiz, created by the original student who wrote the article, could be given to the reader.
