Navy Education, College and Career Guide for Enlisted Sailors  Regardless if you are getting out, getting a college degree, going for a certificate or hopefully staying in the Navy, your time in the Navy counts for vocational or college credits, and will looks great on any resume. Also, if you believe you are Navy Officer material and are considering the Officer Program think no longer - just submit that package! Your education, career and your job in the Navy go hand in hand! The purpose of Navy Education, College & Career Guide for Enlisted Sailors is to give you a general view of your opportunities in the Navy and beyond. Naval Education and Training Command Web Portal   The Chief of Naval Education and Training (CNET) is responsible to the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) for the education and training of Navy and Marine Corps personnel, both officers and enlisted. CNET oversees a network of training and education programs and activities that extend from coast to coast and to ships at sea.
